How it works
Put it in
Place the cushion at the bottom of the decorative pot. Make sure the pot doesn't have drainage holes.
Place
Gently place the orchid on top of the cushion. Make sure that the orchid is in contact with the cushion.
Pour 200ml water
Pour a glass of water (200ml) on top of the orchid. the cushion will absorb the water in approximately 30 minute. It will take care of your orchid for you in the next few weeks.

What is STIA?
STIA is a plant-watering cushion made from upcycled hygiene materials. It slowly releases water into your plant’s soil, keeping it hydrated for up to 60 days — even when life gets busy.

OrchidSitter is our special version designed for their unique roots and watering rhythm.
How long does it last?
STIA provides water for up to 60 days, depending on your orchid's size, cushion, and the environment (light, humidity, temperature).
Is it reusable?
Yes! STIA can be reused up to 3 times. Check the cushion, if you feel it is dry, soak it in water for 30 minutes and replace it at the bottom of the pot. Be mindful, with each reuse the cushion looses longevity.
What is it made of?
STIA is made from unused sanitary products which are upcycled instead of going to waste. The outer layer is soft and breathable, and the core holds and releases water naturally.
What sizes does it come in?
- OrchidSitter S (20gr)– for standard pot orchids, lasts up to 21 days
- OrchidSitter M (50gr) 11x11cm- For medium pot orchids, lasts up to 60 days
- OrchidSitter L (100gr) 15x15cm- for large pot orchids, lasts up to 60 days
